  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at ayansharafat997@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Dropshipping Note

  • Orders are fulfilled by our trusted partners. Your package may be shipped from a neutral warehouse.
  • The packaging and invoice will reflect Smart Kitchen Hub branding only, so supplier information remains private.

International Shipping & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges.
